After working for nearly a decade at a prestigious injury law firm in Delray Beach, Seth Green became a named partner, he decided to establish his law firm about a year ago. Before Neos

Seth Green and his team at Green Injury Law Firm recognized the limitations of their previous case management system, Trialworks, which relied on an in-house server. They needed a solution that could grow with their firm and streamline their operations. “Every time we bought a new computer, it would cost $3,000 to set up the desktop which required connecting to the server, re-installing software, and transferring data. That's so terrible. Now, I don't need a tech guy in my office. I can connect to Wi-Fi. I can unbox a new computer, connect to Wi-Fi, and instantly log in to Neos. And then anybody from any device can log in and have access. If our staff is out for any reason, they can log in at home.”

Neos was a significant improvement over Trialworks for the Green Injury Law firm.



“This past Friday, we closed the office early to allow the staff some extra summer relaxation after a hard week of work. I fielded a phone call from a client on my cell phone who asked a very detailed question. I easily logged into Neos, from my cell phone, and was able to answer the client’s question. That would have been very difficult to do on our old Trial Works setup.”

“I made a very exhaustive checklist for my cases that is the spine of our business, helping new employees who don't have personal injury experience.”



The checklist features have allowed Green to guide new employees through each step of handling a case, ensuring consistency and efficiency throughout. Additionally, it enables Green to monitor employee performance and ensure that no task is overlooked, even when an employee is absent.



Proactive client engagement with texting

Green has found that he can also generate reports to identify clients who have yet to be contacted within a specific period, ensuring the firm provides regular updates and maintains strong client relationships. The ability to send text messages directly from Neos has played a crucial factor in delivering top-notch customer service.



“I run a report to get a list of clients we haven’t heard from in the past 30 or 60 days. I’m rolling out a bonus system where one of the metrics is ensuring every client is contacted every 30 days. We're so busy fighting the fight, just keeping them [his clients] constantly up to date seems to smooth over any obstacles.”

“Within 20 seconds, if someone says, ‘Seth, pull up this document’, I can get any document from my firm at any time.” Neos is less complicated and we can access it from any computer, laptop, or tablet.”



Despite the pressures of a growing firm bringing in new staff and ramping up Neos, Green notes that was able to 100% make the most of Neos and take a more active approach in leading his firm.
