How do we get rid of the required suffix and prefix for Bates labeling? We are currently unable to use Neos for Bates labeling because we can't have the case name/Neos number in our litigation filings.
We are also having issues with redactions. When you go to "save as" the marked version, it removes the type, category, and tags from the original version. Same thing when you click apply redactions and save as- the type and category are then removed, or the redacted version isn't being saved at all.
I saw your setup had CASEXP next to it in the record request tab, is there a way to write to the value tab and record the request at the same time?
With regard to entering an amount, such as the cost of a medical record, can we just set the prompt to find the entry and automatically include it in the letter? Rather than having to enter the amount.
Our office uses a Word file that contains our letterhead, how would we merge the letterhead with these templates? Or would we have to insert the letterhead every time we go to type up a letter?

We have a letterhead that has attorneys on the left, names in the middle, and locations on the right. We have it saved in SharePoint as "Blank letterhead." I am not sure where to put this link to allow just the letterhead to be copied onto each template.
